2021 Goals

After the year we've just had and how busy and tired I am now...my goals for this year are fewer. After several years of reading through the Bible in a year, this year I want to start through the Bible again but doing it with Graham Maxwell's Picture of God in All 66 audio lessons.... Goals for 2020 Revisited

Lets take a look at the goals I made for this last year...back before I knew what was coming and see how I did. Then I can move ahead and make new goals...must be honest...I'm making fewer goals for the year ahead. I'll make comments on each goal in bold. It's not only a new... Continue Reading →

Covid Christmas and New Years

Below are some pictures from our 2 weeks of family time and vacation. We wore lots of masks and had a couple outdoor gatherings and one visit to my parents that included quarantines and testing on both sides of the visit. Things are happening!

Our Gigacrete supplies were delivered. Windows were delivered. This last week the track was laid, see pics...I don’t understand all of it but this is the track for the walls. Hopefully they will go up this week!

We are doing our Star from Afar daily hunt again this year and we have 3 advent calendars: a Christmas ornament one made for the kids by their Grandma, a Science kit one that has... We got our apartment cleaned up and organized, spent hours at the park, and did some simple Thanksgiving activities. We read some Thanksgiving books, made a few crafts and watched the Mayflower Voyagers starring the Peanuts crew. For... Continue Reading →

First Covid Thanksgiving

This week was another adventure. We got our first colds of the season, and yes, I'm quite sure they were colds and not covid-19. For one, there were no fevers and for another there was sneezing and from everything I can find, sneezing is not a symptom of covid. However, we did follow protocol and... Continue Reading →
