For Christmas, Cas got me an ADVENTure calendar. Our next Jewish holiday to celebrate was Hanukkah. We read picture books to learn the history of Hanukkah, we made our own menorah's and dreidels and enjoyed eating by candlelight 8 nights in a row.

This year the Paradise Ice skating rink is Glice. Not our favorite so we drove down to Chico to skate on ice. We had a bunch of friends join us and we had a good time. Life's been busy so updates have been scarce. We've transitioned from learning about light and energy to learning about water and mass in science. Our three local Adventist schools came together to do one fall festival again this year. There were 3 bounce houses of various kinds, a climbing wall, a dunk tank, various carnival games and lots of yummy food. Cas and Ari started out in the bounce houses for probably a solid hour.
