We've been having a good time in our homeschool! Moving through studying Genesis, learning about creation and the flood, learning about a cubit and measuring how large Noah's ark was, and comparing creation myths from various cultures. This was my last week of getting ready before I'm teaching next Monday. It's been quite a week, thankfully my mother-in-law was willing to mask up and help with the kids twice which allowed me to get over 30 Chromebooks set up for students on one day and then hand them out and walk students... This week was Daddy's spring break so we got to have him home all week and we cut back on school a bit to enjoy being with him. We slept in more, goofed off more, planted things and got up the hill to our property one day. We still did Reading, Math and Handwriting each... Continue Reading →
While praying for rain, we enjoyed another beautiful week. We spent lots of time outside and we learned about early American history studying George Washington and the Corps of Discovery.
