Every year, we like to go to Cool Patch Pumpkins as a family if we can make it. It has the Guinness world record for the largest corn maze and it’s nice to wander in a corn maze for a couple of hours. The corn maze there is definitely a maze and not just a loopy labyrinth. They give you a map, if you want one, and it’s fun to walk through. Before kids we would sometimes take the challenge and navigate the maze without a map. With kids we use that map. Probably, in a few years, we’ll ditch the map again. The kids had a great time. It took us about an hour and a half to navigate the maze and as soon as we were done Cas was asking to do it again. They also enjoyed playing king of the mountain on the hay bale mountain and eating french fries.
