Eiffel Tower

Our Eiffel tower experience was an adventure. We had timed tickets scheduled for Friday and then got notified Tuesday that they were canceled. No real reason given but perhaps was for wind. Other people got theirs canceled too but left us scrambling a bit since that was a big thing the kids wanted to do. So we decided to try going on Wednesay and if that didn’t work we’d try Thursday etc and see if we could go up at some point on the trip. We started Wednesday at Trocadero so we could get fun pics with the tower in the background and then work our way closer. It was beautiful and we had fun getting photos. We got closer and had no problems. We wanted to take the stairs and there was like…2 families in front of us at the ticket booth. We got tickets and climbed right up no problems. It was chilly and Cas had left his coat in the apartment so we did some sharing of coats and scarves but it was beautiful and we enjoyed all the levels of the tower and took all the pictures 🙂
