It's been another fun week! We learned about how Christmas is celebrated in Sweden, Spain, Uganda, Ukraine and Switzerland. We tried lots of fun foods like Kottbullar, tarta de Santiago, Ugandan egg rolls, mendazi, Kolacky, Borscht and Kartoffelsalat. After we came home from my parents, we got to relax at home and enjoy Thanksgiving vacation.
