We’ve had a wonderful thanksgiving with family. We got to spend one thanksgiving dinner with my second family and then a second thanksgiving dinner with my siblings. Both of them involved some Cas wrangling. He still has a lot of energy to manage formal dinners well but his comedic timing is excellent…shall we talk about tomatoes? Having daddy home for break is always wonderful. We planted things, played disc golf and mini golf and took the kids ice skating.
The house continues to take its time in being built, ah well. But the yard is a lot of fun.
In homeschool…Cas decided to start reading which is a blast. And we’re in Norway. My mom is 1/4th Norwegian so I think that means I’m 1/16th? I’m not sure. We’ve been reading about Norway, watching Wild Nordic on Disney+, and trying our hand at rosemaling. One more week with Norway and then we’ll switch to Christmas school.
