Scuba VBS

Our kids were really looking forward to VBS this summer. We prefer the one closest to us because it happens in the morning while the one a town away happens late in the evening but…we found out the week before that the one we prefer was canceled for this summer so…we signed our kids up for the one a town away and committed to 4 days in a row of late bedtimes. The kids had a great time. Cas got to dress up in an inflatable shark costume and chase the pastor around for one of the songs on several nights and that totally made his day. Several of their friends also got the memo and since they all signed up late, they all ended up in the same group and they enjoyed that very much. Now we’re all learning the theme song “Thanks, God!”
